The sirens are being relocated this weekend for the new roothack.org, They should be back up by Monday the 20th
However, from now until Defcon they will be online and offline intermittently as we test our new hardware and infrastructure.
Hello everyone, as you may have noticed, roothack.org is getting a makeover.
Along with this rollout we have decided to utilize Twitter to help reach more people and expand.
So please, if you have a twitter account and you are a fellow supporter of hack3r/roothack then please follow us!

IF we reach 100 followers on Twitter ocyrus is buying us all ice cream!

Soo, you might be wondering why Roothack.org is currently just a login screen.
We (eps, dbag, and myself) have been working hard over the past year to restructure and make Roothack.org a separate entity from Hack3r.com. The reason mainly being that they ARE separate. Roothack was supposed to be separate from Hack3r.com and for awhile we were not able to do that. Well, thats over, and were finally setting everything up on production. Over the next few weeks we will be testing setting up new games, adding teams, and playing the games.
The sirens are going to be down intermittently throughout the next couple of days as we prepare to update roothack.org. Hop in IRC, or browse the forums while you're waiting :)
Edit: They're up!
